What is Personal Branding? – 01.13.2020

Personal Branding
What is Personal Branding?

Firstly, happy 2020 Millennial King!

I am incredibly grateful for 2019, another year and of course your visit to my blog post!

Now, I was exposed to personal branding about 2 years ago because I thought it was a huge thing on Instagram with beauty gurus and influencers. I bought a virtual course on it and want to share 3 takeaways from that session.

1. Discover Who You Are

Ask yourself what you are most passionate about.

What purpose do you stand for? How do you keep yourself accountable for sharing that purpose to others?

What have you accomplished so far?
What tangible things have you created for yourself that may be meaningful to others?

2. Understand The Problem You Solve to Your Market

This section is where you will ask the most tough questions because you are putting yourself in the very shoes of your ideal customer.
You have to sit and map out the who, what, where is your ideal market questions. Think about how they would like for you to show up as someone they can invest in, in order to solve this specific issue.

Also know that this advice is not the kind that you must do years of trainings to complete. This can simply be a packaged product or service that others already come to you for.

You don’t have to know everything, you just have to be 3 or 4 steps ahead of your market to leave a positive impact in your customers journey.

3. Design Your Intention

The fun and exciting part!

How will you design the space to welcome your market? What kinds of colours do they like to see? Perhaps a little research on the meaning of colours would spark a theme idea!

Lastly, do not overthink your personal brand discovery. The point of personal branding is for your audience to see your growth. We all start somewhere and life is a journey that never gets “finished” for a lack of a better word.

I’ve blogged for 7 months now and have stumbled. Let’s stumble together, you will be so proud to have taken that leap despite your fears!

SHEIN Afterpay

Hey Millennial,

Ever wonder why Pinterest seems to be the least useful to your business? If yes, ask yourself how Pinterest online business users may think it’s useful. We will discuss a couple statistics and prompt you some questions that will allow you to understand the services I offer to your business Pinterest account in 2020 on going forward.

Jumping into Pinterest stats.

  1. Pinterest has reported over 291 million users worldwide.
  2. Approximately 80% of Pinterest user sign ups are from the U.S.
  3. According to Statista, approximately 80% of Pinterest users are female.
  4. 50% of Pinterest users are millennials.
  5. In 2020, Pinterest ad revenue is to surpass $1 billion.

And to summarize what these statistics mean for you to understand that Pinterest is a virtual search engine. Weekly Pinterest users say that pins are useful, which have an impact on their purchasing decisions. If you are on the Pinterest platform as a business or problem solver, you have an opportunity.

Questions to ask yourself

  1. Can I commit to consistency on Pinterest in addition to other platform(s)?
  2. Do I need to start a business account on Pinterest?
  3. How can I learn more about Pinterest marketing for my business?
  4. Do I need to hire a Pinterest Virtual Assistant for my business?
  5. What are my 2020 business quarterly goals and targets?

Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset – 11.11.2019

Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset?

If you have given yourself some thought of how you will stay sane during the holidays, leading up to the new year – you should sign up to join our tribe library.

Also! Take a peak of this chart below.

The point of this chart is to increase your awareness to your thinking. You may be able to figure out when you can break the cycle of your negative thought patterns. The best way to do that is to figure out how you wake up in the morning. How did you wake up this morning? Can your alarm sound more inviting instead of scary? Do you hydrate your body? Have you done breathing techniques? All of these questions are important. Why? – because the quality of your day will determine how you feel. The quality of your mindset will determine how much you accomplish in this lifetime.

If you think of someone who can benefit from this easy read, share it. I appreciate your efforts in growing this tribe, more than you know.

5 Essentials to Increase Your Gratitude/Appreciation – 10.07.2019

5 Essentials to Increase Your Gratitude – Appreciation

First off, thank you for stopping by!

In case you haven’t noticed, this is a blog post I created last month. I decided to bring it back to life because we tend to stress a lot during this winter season. Not just because of the dry weather and climate changes but we also stress during the holidays! Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, this time of the year impacts you in one way or another. So let’s get started with Appreciation!

A perfect way to prepare for all that the season brings is to remember

The Power of Appreciation!

Genuine appreciations can create an organizational culture in which
appreciation and positive energy are the norms rather than the
exceptions, a culture in which people feel valued for their work and help those around them to do the same.

Leading with appreciation creates a positive culture! Here are two points of our favorite ways of “living” our belief in a positive, appreciative culture. Some of them will seem challenging as you imagine going into the busiest season of year. So perhaps establish a systems that supports you to achieve your personal goals for the holidays and New Year.

Here are the 5 essentials that you can purchase and give yourself the time investment that you deserve:

1. Guided Meditation for Calm Free App!
Recommended if you struggle with “me time” in the world of work-life balance.

2. White Sage
Recommended for negative energy clearing.

3. White Barn 3 Wick Candle
Recommended for spiritual awareness, peace and purity. Also recommended in cool colors such as purples and blues as you visualize your future self.

4. White Wood Cool Mist Air Humidifier
Recommended for adding moisture in the air, especially during winter months.

5. 7-Piece Yoga Package
Highly recommended as there are tons of benefits to yoga. Yoga builds core strength for your body and unifies your mind, body and soul.

More Appreciation

Appreciate yourself
An appreciative environment must be driven from within us. When you
can appreciate yourself authentically, you will soon learn how to transfer that energy to appreciate others.  Remember to self high 5 regularly!

Appreciate people around you who are being appreciative
As a leader or manager, when you see one of your staff being
appreciative and spreading positive energy, appreciate them for doing so. It’s an opportunity to lead by example and reinforce positive behaviors
all at once!

Appreciate life
Enjoying life itself is a huge part of your life and you are in charge of it!
If you do invest in all of any of these items, please be sure to let me know via comment or email on how it has allowed you to become more appreciative.

Appreciate today.
