“Change Your Thinking” – Medium.com
Although the words “change your thinking” sound simply put, we understand that managing thoughts are more difficult than we think. However, allowing yourself to remain open minded during this shift in your mind, could be the best gift you give to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you progress.
Make your goal so simple that it’s nearly impossible to achieve.
Lastly, have fun with this! Only you know yourself best. Challenge yourself and continue to build on your smaller goals. Eventually your large goals will simplify!
The real measure of your wealth is how much you would be worth if you lost all your money.
Start building real wealth today by doing the following:
Make up your mind to be happy. – Nobody can take away your pain, so don’t let anyone take away your happiness. If you want to be sad, no one in the world can make you happy. But if you make up your mind to be happy, no one and nothing on earth can take that happiness from you.
Cherish your present moment. – Sometimes people are beautiful, not in looks, not in what they say, just in who they are and what they do. Remember, you will never fully appreciate all of the things someone does for you until you find yourself doing the same things for yourself. So be grateful for the people who make your life a little brighter. They are the charming gardeners who help your soul blossom.
Focus on the abundance surrounding you. – With everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose. No matter how far you have traveled or how many failures you have encountered, hope and positivity can still meet you anywhere.
Work through your failures. – Success is not a skill; it is a persistent attitude. The difference in winning and losing is, most often, the simple act of not quitting. Before you quit, think of the reason why you held on so long, and all the progress you have made. The reason so many people give up too early is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go, instead of how far they have come. Don’t let your fears make your decisions anymore. – Have faith that the universe has a plan for you, and it’s all being revealed in the right timeframe. Something you will eventually learn through all your ups and downs is that there are really no wrong decisions in life, just choices that will take your life down a totally different path. So take chances, follow your intuition, and allow yourself more moments of awe, wonder, inspiration and grace.
Stand up for yourself. – Don’t let the people who do so little for you, control so much of your feelings and emotions. Never cry for those who don’t know the value of your tears. Stand your ground. It is better to let them walk away from you than all over you.
P.S. This post was a remake of the post right here that I created back in July which you all seemed to enjoy. Let me know what makes you wealthy. Wealth is an expectation of abundance. A mindset that can be shifted towards wealth with good abundance practices.
I still would like for you to ask yourself: What do I have that money can’t buy? And if you sense that you are grateful for that piece of something(s), gratitude is the best way to attract even more it!

Extrinsic – You are motivated by external possessions with a preference for recognition, awards and benefits. You tend to act on a goal based on your status.
Cons: You may feel inadequate when there is no reward or recognition
Intrinsic – You are motivated by internal values. You act on a goal that makes you feel joyous and fulfilled.

You hold onto self limiting beliefs – What are your immediate thoughts when creating a new goal? Do you believe in your obstacles more than you believe in yourself?
You believe that life is happening to you, instead of happen through you – It is second nature for you to fall victim in your discussions with people and yourself.
You are in agreeance with your negative self talk. Even though you know these thoughts don’t empower, you have formed a belief around your worries.
There isn’t really a fourth point here but in order to be proactive, let’s dive into how you can better manage your self sabotage. When you have a couple minutes, sit down. Pick up a notebook or journal and jot down three obstacles that hinder you from achieving your goal.
Now that you have clarity to what it is holding you back, allow yourself a moment to understand that you are accountable for breathing life into those obstacles. Take this notebook as a tool to combat your months, weeks or even years of self sabotage. Here are exercises that you can begin to practice.

Below are effective ideas to consider before making any goal.
Give it Significance.
Write Down 50 Ways to Achieve It.
Create an Action Plan.
Set a Deadline.
Start Massive Action.
Use Your 50 Ways to Achieve
In most cases, you will find your top 5 ways of achieving your goal. The key in brainstorming 50 ways is to never run out of ideas or action steps to get you closer to your goal. Even if you come up with 30 solutions, perhaps 3-5 are transferable. This means that you can use the same solutions to achieve a new goal.
In addition, to brainstorming 50 ways to achieve your goal. If you are brainstorming correctly, you are also visualizing what solutions will be more effective for you. Now, let’s take a minute to acknowledge that we as humans will not action anything that involves potential failure. Our brains are still wired to preserve lives, which is awesome. That said, if you take a look at your “50+ Ways”, and they are the simplest but most effective – congratulations! You are ahead of the game.
1. Law of Mentalism. The first law states, “All is mind– The universe is mental.” This means that the universe exists inside of the mental realm. Everything you see, hear and touch is part of this realm. It is a universal mind, where all things manifest, including your mind.
2. Law of Correspondence. The Law of Correspondence states, “As above, so below; as below, so above.” This means that there is a harmony among all the realms. The physical, spiritual and mental realms survive because of this harmony, of which you are bound to. You are a part of this harmony and can never remove yourself from it.
3. Law of Vibration. The third law states that, “Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.” The universe is made up of energy that vibrates at all times. Everything people are and everything you can see and hear are the result of these vibrations.
4. Law of Polarity. The fourth law states, “Everything is dual, everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree.” This law simply means that there are always opposites. However, the true God or Goddess is above all, even the fourth law.
5. Law of Rhythm. The Law of Rhythm states, “Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall.” The fifth law means that everything happens in cycles. You can rise above this law by being aware of its subtle movements.
6. Law of Cause and Effect. The Law of Cause and Effect states, “Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause.” This law states that everything you do, no matter how insignificant causes an effect in the universe.
7. Law of Gender. The last of the universal laws states, “Gender is in everything; everything has its masculine and feminine properties.” This law affects all things that have opposite sexes or opposite polarity.
What are your thoughts on how your life relates to the 7 universal laws?
Success Lesson: Four Pointers for Kicking Your Life into High Gear
But first… A secret key to understanding success.
Secret Key: Success isn’t just doing certain things, though we will certainly do certain things to become a certain kind of person. What kind of person you are is what determines your success in life. Yes, you can do right things and achieve a certain level of success, but not the kind of success I am talking about – true life success.
So what are my four tips? Here the are:
1. Become a person of Vision…
Vision is what causes us to carry out the mundane. Vision is what sees us through the dark days so we do not give up and settle for second best. Vision is the grand scheme that we relentlessly pursue. Vision is the goal we aim for. The best way to kick your life into high gear and begin to succeed in what you want to succeed in is to begin to become a person of vision. The successful person has a fully developed vision of their destination. So let me ask you a simple question:
Do YOU know where you are going?
And not only do you have a vision of where you are going, but is your vision fully developed? Now certainly we cannot know everything that will happen to us in the future, but we can develop the plan fully, allowing in our plan for a variety of contingency plans. “But Chris, that is a lot of work.” It is, but when you look across the board at people who have succeeded much, they are people who laid out most of their life and work before it happened. Life didn’t just happen to them. They didn’t just stumble into success. They planned for it and they created it.
The Tests of Vision
– Is it Clear? – Is it Concise? – Is it Inspiring? – Is it Achievable? – Is it Easy to Memorize?
Ask your self the questions above and let the answers begin to shape the vision you have for your life. The tighter and clearer the vision you have for your life, the sooner you will kick your life into high gear!
2. Become a person of Passion…
Passion. Mmmmm…. Passion. Passion is the burning of the heart. It is the unbridled running amuck of the emotions. It is the overwhelming desire to accomplish your goal. It transcends the mental assent to a set of ideals. It drives and thrusts you toward your goal. You MUST have it! Those who consider themselves intellectuals will underestimate the power of passion. The fact is that the victory isn’t only in the mind. The truths of the mind are driven by the passion of the heart. So by all means, fuel the passion for life that resides deep within your soul.
Passion is like a fire. It can rage or it can smolder. Even if all you have is barely lit embers, you can fan into flame the fire of your passion for life, love, and the goals and vision you have for your life! Commit yourself to becoming a person who lives passionately!
3. Become a person of Priorities…
As I have worked through the years with people who achieve much and have lives that are constantly in high gear, I notice something amazing about them: They are people with an extraordinary ability to know what the right thing to do is and to actually do it in a timely fashion.
For example, a friend of mine was in charge of a three-day event that was attended by close to 250,000 people and was featured on national and international television. Four days before the event he told me he had nothing to do and felt guilty. I encouraged him by reminding him that this was actually a sign of his incredible ability to have focused on and lived out his priorities throughout the whole year before the event took place.
When all was said and done, living and working out of his priorities enabled him to kick back and enjoy the fruit of his (and hundreds of his employees) labor. His life was in high gear and because he is a person of priorities, he is enjoying life. You can too.
Discern what the important things are that you must involve yourself in so as to have the life you want. Then relentlessly live out of those priorities. Say “no” to everything else!
4. Become a person of Excellence…
People who live life in high gear, succeeding in every area of life, are people who place a high emphasis on and strive for excellence in every area of life. Good just won’t do. The best is the target. Even when they fail or do poorly, they make an inner commitment to do an excellent job the next time. They are people who want, and live for, excellence in their work, their play, their finances, their relationships – everything!
Do you long for a life lived in high gear? One that is filled with joy and achievement? It is possible! Give some time to contemplate how you can make changes in the next few days and weeks in the following areas and see if your life doesn’t kick into high gear!
– Vision – Passion – Priorities – Excellence
Feel free to share and jot down notes that you resonate with in your journal. Make a list of how you plan to tackled your life ahead.
At some point in your life you have not felt motivated to accomplish your goals. Why do you think this is?
You have the talent and ability to be whoever you want to be in this world. Let’s begin to brainstorm the points that may be affecting your current state of motivation.
Be Specific: Are you being specific with the goal you are working to achieve? What are the best ways to measure your progress? Will you write for instance, “I will workout at the gym every morning from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.” This goal is specific and the way to measure progress can be done by a series of checklists and alarm clocks.
Be realistic: Are you being practical with your goals? Make a commit to create the goals that can be achieved with ease. You are at your best when you feel empowered to achieve your goal because you are not discouraged by how far-fetched your goal is.
Take ownership: When you take ownership for getting the task done. Taking responsibility for your actions will encourage you to say no to activities that no longer serve your goal.
Celebrate your wins: Pat yourself on the back for the small goals you have achieved, whether that be complete your to-do list or drinking a substantially increasing your water intake. Celebrate!
Take action: Do not stay under the untruthful believe that something wonderful is going to fall into your lap with you putting the work in to get it. Action your goals and dreams into reality by waking up into actioning, every morning.
