The point of this chart is to increase your awareness to your thinking. You may be able to figure out when you can break the cycle of your negative thought patterns. The best way to do that is to figure out how you wake up in the morning. How did you wake up this morning? Can your alarm sound more inviting instead of scary? Do you hydrate your body? Have you done breathing techniques? All of these questions are important. Why? – because the quality of your day will determine how you feel. The quality of your mindset will determine how much you accomplish in this lifetime.
